Milan Klouček (born on April 30, 1998 in Hradec Králové) is a Czech ice hockey goaltender currently playing with the HC Dynamo Pardubice of the Tipsport Extraliga and with the HC Stadion Vrchlabí of the Chance Liga. He was selected 213th overall in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft by the Nashville Predators.
Club career[]
Klouček played junior hockey with the HC Pardubice (also playing with one of its junior B-team at one point) (lately HC Dynamo Pardubice) organisation.
He made his senior debut during the 2016-17 season when he played 6 games with the HC Dynamo Pardubice of the Tipsport Extraliga and 1 game on loan with the SC Kolín of the 2. Liga. He was also the second goaltender in one game with the LHK Jestřábi Prostějov of the WSM Liga but did not intervene in the game. And also, he played 34 games with the HC Dynamo Pardubice under-20 team.
The 2017-18 season was Klouček's last junior season. He played 7 games with the HC Dynamo Pardubice under-20 team, 10 regular season games and 2 play-off games with the HC Dynamo Pardubice of the Tipsport Extraliga, 10 games on loan with the HC Stadion Litoměřice of the WSM Liga and 2 games on loan with the Rytíři Kladno of the WSM Liga.
In the 2018-19 season played Klouček 20 regular season games, 3 relegation games and 4 Tipsport Extraliga qualification games with the HC Dynamo Pardubice of the Tipsport Extraliga and 11 games on loan with the HC Zubr Přerov of the Chance Liga (formerly WSM Liga).
Klouček then spent the whole 2019-20 season on loan with the ČEZ Motor České Budějovice of the Chance Liga. He played there 35 games and became the Chance Liga's best goaltender in most wins (30) and most shutouts (5).
In 2020-21 season, Klouček played 20 regular season games and 8 play-off games with the HC Dynamo Pardubice of the Tipsport Extraliga and 5 games with its farm club, the HC Stadion Vrchlabí of the Chance Liga.
International career[]
Klouček was a member of the Czech National Junior Team at the 2018 World Junior Championship. He was the second goalie in a few games but did not play a single second on the ice.
