Mikko Lähteelä (b. February 25th 1979 in Jyväskylä, Finland) is a retired professional forward who played chiefly in Finland and in Italy.

Lähteelä began his career with the junior teams of Diskos and JYP Jyväskylä; he never played in the SM-Liiga however, joining the senior team of Diskos in 1998-99. After several season with Diskos, he left his home country to play for the ACHL Knoxville Ice Bears, then for Uppsala Hockey of the Swedish Division 1. He then went for three seasons in Italy, with AS Varese and HC Egna. In 2005, he returned to his former team, Diskos, which had since been renamed D-Kiekko. He retired in 2007.
