Michael Lalor (born March 8, 1963 in Fort Erie, Ontario) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman.Mike played in the NHL with the Montreal Canadiens, St. Louis Blues, Washington Capitals, Winnipeg Jets, San Jose Sharks, and Dallas Stars. He won the Calder Cup in 1985 with Sherbrooke, and a Stanley Cup with the 1986 Montreal.

He played in the junior Ontario Hockey League for the Brantford Alexanders and the Brampton Battalion. Undrafted by any NHL team, he was signed as a free agent by the Montreal Canadiens in 1983.

Lalor was a defensive defenceman who was sought by several NHL teams. He played in 687 NHL games, scoring 17 goals and 88 assists with 677 penalty minutes.
