Michel Deguise (born November 6, 1951 in Sorel, Quebec) is a retired Canadian goaltender who played for the Quebec Nordiques of the World Hockey Association (WHA).

He played junior hockey for the Sorel Éperviers from 1969 to 1971. The Montreal Canadiens chose him 24th overall in the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft.

Deguise turned pro in 1971-72 with the Nova Scotia Voyageurs. In 1973 he jumped to the Nordiques and played in a total of 50 WHA games over two seasons.

He retired in 1977 after a season with the Saginaw Gears.
