Michael Mair (born August 31, 1956, in Bormio, Italy) is an Italian former hockey player.
He played club hockey for HC Bolzano in the Italian Serie A from 1976 to 1987.
Mair represented the Italy men's national ice hockey team at the World Championships on six occasions (twice in the Top Pool, three times in the B Pool, and once in the C Pool). He captained the 1983 and 1985 teams.
He also competed for Italy at the 1984 Olympics in Sarajevo.
