The Metropolitan Junior B league was the junior B league that served as a feeder for the Metropolitan Jr.A league that operated in and around Montreal, Quebec. at the Junior B level through the 1960s.

The league was designated as the "Metro juvenile" (U19) or "Metro Special B" league from 1960 to 1963, after which it generally became known as the Metropolitan Jr.B league. In 1972, the Montreal league split apart with 1/3 of it's teams moving up to form the new Quebec Tier II Jr A league, 1/3 joining the Richelieu Jr B league (as the Montreal Division) and the remaining team merging into the Metropolitan Jr.B league. From 1972 until 1980 many of the teams dropped out. The Junior B league operated until 1980, when its teams dispersed to join various other junior leagues.
