The Melfort TM's are a former men's senior hockey team from Melfort, Saskatchewan. The team played in numberous leagues over their existence.
The team appears to have been known as the Melfort Athletics as they played under that name during at least the early 1950's.

- 1923-24 - Lost North Quarterfinal 9 goals to 4 (3-0, 6-4) to Humboldt
- 1924-25 - Won North Semifinals 12 goals to 9 (4-5, 8-4) over Prince Albert, Lost Final 7 goals to 4 (2-2, 5-2) to Wilkie
- 1926-27 - Won Quarterfinals 9 goals to 8 (5-5, 4-3) over Humboldt, Lost Semifnals to Delisle 4 goals to 3 (3-3, 1-0)
- 1927-28 - Lost North Quarterfinals 10 goals to 4 (7-2, 3-2) to Prince Albert
- 1938-39 - Lost North Quarterfinals 11 goals to 7 (7-3, 4-4) to Rosthern
- 1940-41 - Lost North Quarterfinals 14 goals to 2 (7-2, 7-0) to Prince Albert
- 1944-45 - Lost North Final to Laura Beavers 13 goals to 12 (4-7, 9-5)
- 1947-48 - Lost North Intermediate B Final to Kindersley 14 goals to 12 (9-7, 5-5)
- 1950-51 - Won Intermediate B final 21 goals to 10 over Wapella-Moosomin Combines Melfort then challenged the Intermediate A Champions, Saskatoon Legion for the provincial Intermediate championship. Saskatoon disputed protested that Melfort had the right to challenge the Saskatchewan Amateur Hockey Association then awarded the series to Melfort
- 1964-65 - Lost North Semifinals 9 goals to 7 (4-2, 5-5) to Wynyard Monarchs
- 1965-66 - Lost North Semifinals 10 goals to 3 (3-3, 7-0) to Wynyard Monarchs
