The Medicine Hat College Rattlers are the women's ice hockey team representing Medicine Hat College based out of Medicine Hat, Alberta. The women's program was started with the 2023-24 season. The team is a member of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference Women's. The team is based out of the Moose Recreation Centre in Medicine Hat.
