Mattias Modig (born April 1, 1987 in Luleå, Sweden) is a professional Swedish ice hockey goaltender. He is currently playing for Luleå HF in Elitserien.
He was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. He was picked in the 4th round, 121st overall.
The Pittsburgh Penguins agreed to terms with Mattias Modig to a two-year entry level contract after acquiring the goaltender from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for a 2010 sixth-round draft pick
