Matthias Plachta (born May 16, 1991) is a German professional ice hockey player who is currently playing for Adler Mannheim in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL).[1] He is the son of former Polish player and current coach of the Poland men's national ice hockey team, Jacek Płachta.
