Matt Watkins (born November 22, 1986) is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who is currently playing for the Portland Pirates in the American Hockey League (AHL). He was selected by the Dallas Stars in the 5th round (160th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
Watkins signed a one-year contract with the Phoenix Coyotes on July 6, 2011.[1]
