Mathieu Darche (born November 26, 1976 in St. Laurent, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey left wing.

A free-agent signing by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the spring of 2000, Darche played four years at McGill University before making his professional debut with the AHL's Syracuse Crunch in the fall of 2000.

An offensively gifted forward, Darche tallied 60 goals and 70 assists for 130 points in 90 games with the Redmen. Upon his arrival in the Blue Jacket organization, Darche spent most of his time in Syracuse scoring 40 points (16-24-40) in his rookie season while seeing action in nine games with the parent club. Over the course of the next two seasons Darche continued to improve on his totals in the AHL with the Crunch, tallying 45 points (22-23-40) in 2001-02 and 64 points (32-32-64) in 2002-03.

After three seasons with the Columbus organization, Darche joined the Nashville Predators in the summer of 2003, and went to play one season in the organization before being acquired by the Colorado Avalanche in the summer of 2004.

Darche failed to crack the Avalanche line up and spent the season with the Hershey Bears of the AHL. Darche was signed as a free agent by the San Jose Sharks on July 10, 2006.

Darche would spend the entire season with the Hershey Bears of the AHL in 2004-05 where he would lead the team in goals with 29, while capturing the Calder Cup as champions of the league.

Darche spent the 2005-06 season with the German club Fuchse Duisburg.

In the summer of 2006, Darche was signed by the San Jose Sharks. He would spend the majority of his next season with Sharks AHL affiliate, the Worcester Sharks, tallying 80 points in 76 games. In the summer of 2007, he found himself once again, signing as a free agent with the Tampa Bay Lightning.

He signed with the Buffalo Sabres in the summer of 2008 and spent the 2008-09 season with the Portland Pirates of the AHL. In 2009 he signed with the Montreal Canadiens.
