The Mason City MPA (Multi-Purpose Arena) is the name of an indoor arena which opened in December of 2019. The arena is home to the Mason City Toros (formerly the North Iowa Bulls) of the North American 3 Hockey League who moved to the arena upon its opening. In March of 2021 it was announced that the Amarillo Bulls of the North American Hockey League would be relocating to the arena for the 2021-22 playing season and would be assuming the North Iowa Bulls identity and the original Bulls would be renamed to the Mason City Toros.
