Mark William Hunter (born November 12, 1962, in Petrolia, Ontario) is a retired former NHL player.

He played for the Montreal Canadiens, St. Louis Blues, Calgary Flames, Hartford Whalers and Washington Capitals over the course of his professional career, after having been drafted from the Brantford Alexanders in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. He won a Stanley Cup with the Flames in 1989.

After his retirement, he coached several teams including the Sarnia Sting and the St. John's Maple Leafs, and is currently co-owner and General Manager of the London Knights OHL hockey team.
