Manuel de Toni (born 10 January 1979 in Feltre, Italy) is an Italian professional ice hockey centre playing for HC Alleghe in the Serie A. He has played for Alleghe for his entire career.
De Toni has played for Italy in the 1997 and 1999 World Junior Championships. He has also played in every World Championship since 1999 and in the 2006 Olympics.
