Lukáš Klok was born on June 7, 1995 in Ostrava. He is a Czech ice hockey defenceman currently playing with the Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk of the KHL.
Club career[]
Klok began his junior career with the HC Vítkovice organisation. In the 2013-14 season, Klok began with the HC Vítkovice U20, but after 5 games played, he moved to North America to play with the Youngstown Phantoms of the USHL. After the end of the season and after 29 games played there, Klok moved back to Europe.
The 2014-15 season was his first senior season. Klok played 40 regular season games and 1 play-off game with the HC Vítkovice Steel of the Tipsport Extraliga, 2 games on loan with the AZ Havířov of the 1. Liga and 3 regular season games plus 3 play-off games with the HC Vítkovice under-20 team.
The 2015-16 season was Klok's last junior season. In this season, Klok played 32 regular season games and 6 relegation games with the HC Vítkovice Steel of the Tipsport Extraliga, 1 game on loan with the AZ Havířov of the WSM Liga (formerly 1. Liga) and 7 regular season games and 4 play-off games with the HC Vítkovice under-20 team.
In the next two seasons played Klok with the HC Vítkovice (formerly HC Vítkovice Steel) of the Tipsport Extraliga. In 2018, Klok moved to Slovakia to play with the HC Slovan Bratislava of the KHL.
In 2019 - 2021, Klok played with the Lukko of the Liiga. In the 2020-21 season, he became the Finnish champion.
In 2021, Klok signed with the Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk of the KHL.
International career[]
Klok played with the Czech National Team at the 2013 World U18 Championship and at the 2015 World Junior Championship.
