Leslie A. Ramsay (born July 1, 1919) was a professional ice hockey left winger who played in the National Hockey League. He played with the Chicago Black Hawks. He was born in Verdun, Quebec.

Ramsay split his time between the senior and junior Verdun Maple Leafs from 1936 to 1939. After playing for the Washington Eagles in 1939-40, he returned to the Maple Leafs for two seasons. He then played senior hockey for the Glace Bay Miners, Ottawa Commandos, and Ottawa RCAF Flyers.

In 1944-45 he was called up by the Chicago Blackhawks for 11 games and scored 2 goals and 2 assists.

After that he played senior hockey in Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

Ramsay was the player-coach of the Moncton Hawks in 1948-49.

He retired in 1951.
