Len Perno (b. 18 October 1971 in Rochester, New York) is a former professional American goaltender.

Perno played college hockey for the Oswego Great Lakers, then moved on to a short professional career in the minor leagues. As of 2009, he plays amateur hockey in adult leagues in Rochester, as well as coaching his son's youth hockey team. The Rochester Americans occasionally use him as a practice goalie. He is owner of The Perno Group, a direct-placement firm in Rochester.[1]
