Lee Giffin (born April 1, 1967 in Chatham, Ontario) is a professional ice hockey right winger who played 27 games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

He played junior hockey for the Oshawa Generals from 1983 to 1987. He was chosen 23rd overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 1985 NHL Entry Draft. In 1986-87 he was called up for eight games with the Penguins.

After turning pro in 1987 he played 19 games for the Penguins in 1987-88 and then settled down to a career in the minor pros. He retired in 1999 playing for the Mobile Mysticks of the ECHL.

In the NHL Giffin played in 27 games (all with the Penguins) and scored 1 goal and 3 assists.
