Lauri Mononen (born March 22, 1950 in Joensuu, Finland) is a retired Finnish winger. He played in 142 games for the Phoenix Roadrunners from 1975 to 1977, scoring 36 goals and 50 assists.
He played for Finland at the 1972 Olympics. as well as in the 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, and 1975 World Championships.
