Konstantin Nikolayevich Korneyev (Russian: Константи́н Никола́евич Корне́ев; born June 5, 1984 in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for CSKA Moscow of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).

Drafted by the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL) in 2002, Korneyev has played with Ak Bars Kazan and Krylya Sovetov Moscow in Russia, but has not played in the NHL.

He played for the Russian national team at the 2008 IIHF World Championship, where he won a gold medal with the team.

During the 2010-11 KHL season, he was traded to Ak Bars Kazan for Vyacheslav Buravchikov and monetary considetrations as a rental player.
