Klas Dahlbeck (born on July 6, 1991 in Katrineholm) is a Swedish ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing with the CSKA Moskva of the KHL. He was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 3rd round (79th overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
Club career[]
Dahlbeck began his junior career with the Växjö Lakers HC organisation. He made his senior debut in the 2008-09 season when he played 5 games on loan with the Gislaveds SK of the Division 1. In this season, he also played 14 games with the Växjö Lakers HC under-18 team and 15 games with the Växjö Lakers HC under-20 team.
In 2009, Dahlbeck moved to the Linköping HC organisation. In the 2009-10 season, Dahlbeck played 39 regular season games and 6 play-off games with the Linköping HC junior team, 6 regular season games and 3 play-off games with the Linköping HC of the Elitserien and 2 games on loan with the Mjölby HC of the Division 1.
In 2010-2012, Dahlbeck played with the Linköping HC of the Elitserien.
In 2012, Dahlbeck moved to North America to try his luck in the NHL. In the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons, Dahlbeck played with the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL.
Dahlbeck played 49 games with the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL and 4 games with the Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL in the 2014-15 season. Then, Dahlbeck was traded to the Arizona Coyotes organisation and he finished the season with 19 games played with the Arizona Coyotes of the NHL and 3 regular season games and 5 play-off games played with the Portland Pirates of the AHL.
Dahlbeck spent the whole 2015-16 season with the Arizona Coyotes of the NHL. After that season, Dahlbeck signed with the Carolina Hurricanes organisation. He played 43 games with the Carolina Huricanes of the NHL and 6 games with the Charlotte Checkers of the AHL during the 2016-17 season and 33 games with the Hurricanes in the 2017-18 season.
Since 2018, Dahlbeck is playing with the CSKA Moskva of the KHL and won the Gagarin Cup in 2019. He is signed until the end of the 2021-22 season.

Dahlbeck played with the Swedish National Team at the 2011 World Junior Championship.
