Kinsmen Arena I (in background behind Humber Gardens)
The Kinsmen Arena was an indoor arena located in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. The arena was built in 1975 with donations from the Corner Brook Kinsmen Club and others. The arena was located adjacent to the Humber Gardens. Both of the arenas were used until 1997 when they were closed after the Corner Brook Civic Centre was opened as part of the community's venues for hosting the Canada Winter Games in 1999. The CBCC has two rinks; the main rink is the Pepsi Centre and the smaller rink is named the Kinsmen Arena II. Both arenas have been torn down and a Lawton's Pharmacy now stands at the location.
