Woo-Jae Kim (b. November 25th 1979) is a South Korean defenseman who plays in the Asia League with Anyang Halla.
Kim began playing with Yonsei University in 1998. Three seasons later, he joined Anyang Halla of the Japanese Ice Hockey League, and later the Asia League.
In 2006, Woo-Jae Kim travelled all the way from South Korea to Finland at his own expenses to attend to a try-out with Jokipojat. His work ethics and determination impressed the team's staff and he was offered a contract. In 32 games, Kim obtained an assist with Joensuu and was +2.
The adventure in Finland lasted only one season before Kim returned to Anyang.
