Kelly Edward Pratt (born February 8, 1953 in High Prairie, Alberta) was a professional ice hockey right winger who played 22 games in the National Hockey League and 46 games in the World Hockey Association. He played with the Winnipeg Jets and Pittsburgh Penguins.

He played junior hockey with the Red Deer Rustlers, the Kamloops Rockets, and the Swift Current Broncos from 1969 to 1973. Pratt was not drafted by any NHL team but was chosen 37th overall by the Winnipeg Jets in the 1973 WHA Amateur Draft.

Pratt made the Jets in 1972-73, scoring 4 goals and 6 assists in 46 games. The next season he was signed as a free agent with the Pittsburgh Penguins and played in 22 games, recording 6 assists.

That was the end of his NHL career. He played another five minor pro seasons and retired in 1980.
