Dr. Karel Hartmann (born 1890, date of death unknown) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player who competed in the Olympic games in 1920. He was a member of the national team that won the bronze medal in Antwerp.[1] In 1922, he succeeded Paul Loicq as vice-president of the International Ice Hockey Federation.[2]
