Kaj Linna (born Jan.24,1971 in Helsinki, Finland) is a retired Finnish defenceman.
He played for Boston University from 1991 to 1995, making the Hockey East Tournament all-star team in 1994. Linna also played for Finland in the 1998 IIHF World Championship.
The Ottawa Senators chose him 183rd overall in the eighth round of the 1995 NHL Entry Draft. At training camp that year, Linna was assigned to the Prince Edward Island Senators of the American Hockey League, where he compiled six goals and 30 points in 67 games.
Linna played the next two seasons for IFK Helsinki in the SM-Liiga.
In 1998 Linna returned to North America to try out for the Nashville Predators. Failing to make the team, he was assigned to the Milwaukee Admirals of the International Hockey League.
In the eleventh game of the 1998-99 season, Linna suffered a severe concussion, the fourth of his career. On doctors' recommendations, he retired from hockey.
