The Kölner Haie (English: Cologne Sharks) are a professional ice hockey team based in Köln, Germany. They compete in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga, the highest level of play in professional German ice hockey and are one of the league's founding members. They were the first DEL champions in 1995 and won their second championship in 2002. The team was originally Kölner EC of the Eishockey Bundesliga, but changed their name during their transfer to the DEL.

The Kölner Haie have played their home games at the Lanxess Arena (formerly known as Kölnarena) since 1998. Before moving to their new arena, the team played their home games at Eisstadion an der Lentsraße. The team has a strong rivalry with the DEG Metro Stars.
