Juraj Štefanka (born 28 January 1976 in Nitra)[1] is a Slovak professional ice hockey forward who currently plays for HC Vitkovice in the Czech Extraliga.[2]

Previously, Štefanka played for HC Slovan Bratislava, HC Karlovy Vary, HC Plzeň, HC Kladno, HC Znojmo, HC Oceláři Třinec, BK Mladá Boleslav, and HC Slavia Praha.[3]

He also represented Slovakia at the 2004, 2005, and the 2009 Men's World Ice Hockey Championships.
