Jospeh Bailey was chosen fourth overall by the Boston Bruins in the 1965 NHL Amateur Draft. He played some games for the junior Niagara Falls Flyers in 1966-67. He also played Junior "B" in St. Thomas, Ontario.
Bailey never played pro hockey.
