Joel Champagne (born January 24, 1990) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing for the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL. Champagne was selected by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 5th round (129th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
Amateur career[]
Prior to turning professional, Champagne played major junior hockey in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
Professional career[]
Champagne played five regulation games for EC Red Bull Salzburg in the 2010 European Trophy.[1]
Champagne was not signed by Toronto Maple Leafs, and on May 31, 2011 he signed an AHL contract with the Milwaukee Admirals.[2]
