Joe Rullier (born 28 January 1980 in Montréal, Quebec) is a professional ice hockey defenceman who was selected by Los Angeles Kings in the 5th round (#133 overall) of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft.

He played junior hockey for the Rimouski Océanic from 2996 to 2000, winning the Memorial Cup in 2000. He also played for Canada at the 2000 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.

Rullier turned pro with the Lowell Lock Monsters in 2000-01. Since then he has played in the minor pros, with brief stints in Europe in Switzerland and Finland.

He attended the Boston Bruins training camp in 2010 but was released before the season began.
