Joe Palmer (born February 19, 1988) is an American ice hockey goaltender. He was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 4th round (96th overall) of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. He is currently playing with the Reading Royals of the ECHL.[1][2]
