Joseph Henry Fisher (July 4, 1916 – April 13, 2002) was a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played 66 games in the National Hockey League. He was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta. He played for the Detroit Red Wings, winning the Stanley Cup with them in 1943.

He played junior hockey for the Edmonton Athletic Club in 1934-35 and then senior hockey for the Coleman Canadians (1935–1937) and Wright-Haregreaves in Northern Ontario in the 1937-38 season.

In 1938-39 Fisher turned pro with the Pittsburgh Hornets. In the next four seasons, he split the years between the Indianapolis Capitals and the NHL's Detroit Red Wings. In the NHL he played in a total of 65 games and scored 8 goals and 12 assists.

Fisher served in the Canadian military in 1943-44 and then played senior hockey for the Winnipeg RCAF Bombers team in 1944-45. In 1945-46 he won the Allan Cup with the Calgary Stampeders of the Western Canada Senior Hockey League (WCSHL). He continued in the WCSHL until 1948-49, also playing for the Lethbridge Maple Leafs and the Regina Capitals. He retired in 1949.

In 1950-51 Fisher was the coach of the junior Medicine Hat Tigers.
