Joel Baillargeon (born October 6, 1964 in Charlesbourg, Quebec) is a former Canadian ice hockey left winger. He played in parts of 3 seasons for the Winnipeg Jets.
He played for four different teams in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 1981-85 as a high-scoring left winger. He was then drafted by the Winnipeg Jets 113th overall in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft.
Baillargeon played 20 games in the NHL, scoring two assists. He never made it as a regular in the NHL, playing in the minors until he retired in 1990.
