Jimmy "The Blonde Bouncer" Fowler (August 6, 1915–October 17, 1985) was a professional ice hockey player who played 135 games in the National Hockey League. Born in Toronto, Ontario, he played with the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Syracuse Stars.

He played junior hockey for the West Toronto Nationals and the Toronto Young Rangers from 1932 to 1934. In 1934-35 he played for the senior Toronto All Stars.

In 1935 he was signed as a free agent by the Toronto Maple Leafs. Fowler turned pro with the Syracuse Stars in 1935-36 and joined the Toronto Maple Leafs the next season. He played two more years for the Leafs and then retired in 1939.
