Jim Moxey (Born - May 28, 1953 in Toronto, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played 127 games in the National Hockey League for the Cleveland Barons, Los Angeles Kings, and California Golden Seals.

Moxey was an offnsive standout with the junior Hamilton Red Wings from 1971-73 and was selected by the California Golden Seals 66th overall in the 1973 NHL Amateur Draft.

Despite a strong training camp with the Seals, he was sent down to the minors in the 1973-74 season. Over the next four seasons Moxey did get called up to the Seals and their successor team the Cleveland Barons but could never stick with the big team.

In 1977 he was traded to the Los Angeles Kings but could not make it there either. Millar retired in 1978.

He played in 127 NHL games (all but one for the Seals), scoring 22 goals and 27 assists.
