Jiří Polanský (born December 18, 1981) is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He played with HC Oceláři Třinec in the Czech Extraliga in 2000-01 and from 2003-2020. He also spent time with the HC Havířov Panthers and in the Slovak Extraliga with MsHK Žilina.[1]
