Jiří Jelínek[1] (born May 24, 1979) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman. He played with HC Kladno and HC Plzeň in the Czech Extraliga and MHK Kežmarok, HK Aquacity ŠKP Poprad and MsHK Žilina in the Slovak Extraliga.[2]
