Jerzy Potz (born February 1, 1953, in Lodz, Poland - died January 27, 2000) was a Polish defenceman who played in four Olympic Games. He played for LKS Lodz until 1982, when he went to Germany to play for the Frankfurt Lions and EHC Bad Nauheim. He retired in 1988. Potz played in the 1972, 1976, 1980, and 1988 Olympics.
