Jerry Freismuth (born October 28, 1988 in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan) is an American forward playing for the Bowling Green Falcons.
He played junior hockey for the Alexandria Blizzard of the North American Hockey League from 2006 to 2009.
Freismuth was not drafted by any NHL team.
