Playing career[]
Schoullis played for Shattuck-St. Mary's Under 19 Team. She was part of the team that played in three straight U19 national championships in 2004-05, 2005-06 and the 2006-07 seasons.
NCAA[]
Schoullis was recruited by Wisconsin and Mercyhurst, but decided to play for Minnesota.[1] During the 2010-11 season, Schoullis was named the Assistant Captain of the Gophers squad. She appeared in 38 games and her 32 points were tied for fourth in team scoring. On February 19, 2011, she scored her first career short handed goal in a 5-3 loss to North Dakota.

From April 4 to 12, 2011, she was one of 30 players that took part in a selection / training camp. She was named to the final roster that participated at the 2011 IIHF Women's World Championship. [2]
