Jeff Winchester (b. November 6, 1981 Dalhousie, New Brunswick, Canada) is a professional ice hockey defencemen.
Winchester signed with the Huntsville Havoc of the Southern Professional Hockey League for the 2008-09 Season. He played in 100 games in the ECHL and Central Hockey League (CHL) in the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons. He has scored one goal and recorded 14 assists. He also played in 108 games at University of Alabama-Huntsville Chargers(UAH) from 2002-2006 and scored four goals and recorded 41 assists.
