Jeff Valdes (b. August 21 1982 Falmouth, Massachusetts, United States) is a professional ice hockey forward.
Jeff played college hockey for the American International College Yellow Jackets of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
Jeff signed with his first professional team the Youngstown Steelhounds of the Central Hockey League (CHL). Playing in 2 games in the 2006-07 season and recording 1 assist he was waved on October 26, 2006. For the 2007-08 season Jeff signed with the Fayetteville FireAntz of the Southern Professional Hockey League, (SPHL). Playing in 25 games recording 5 goals and 13 assist he was waved on January 9, 2008 and picked up off wavers by the Huntsville Havoc on January 10, 2008 then signed a 5 game tryout on the January 12, 2008. Jeff was released on January 21, 2008 and then signed another 5 game tryout with the Havoc again on January 31, 2008 signing a contract on February 9, 2008. With the Havoc Jeff played in 23 games recording 5 goals and 3 assists.
Jeff also played for the Holland team Den Haag Wolves during the 2006-07 season.
