Jean Tetreault (Born Jan 22 1953 in Ste. Therese, Quebec) is a retired hockey forward. He was drafted 120th overall by the St. Louis Blues in the 1973 NHL Amateur Draft and 44th overall by the Vancouver Blazers in the 1973 WHA Amateur Draft.
He went to play 9 games in the WHA for the Vancouver Blazers and Minnesota Fighting Saints, scoring a goal and an assist.
