Jean-Paul Gladu (born June 20, 1921) was a professional ice hockey left winger who played 40 games in the National Hockey League. Born in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec, he played with the Boston Bruins.

He played junior hockey with the Verdun Maple Leafs in 1939-40 and then senior hockey with the Shawinigan Falls Cataractes and Quebec City Sea Gulls until 1944.

In that year he was brought up by the Boston Bruins whose roster had been ravaged by World War II. Gladu played in 40 games and scored 6 goals and 14 assists. He could not hold his job the next season against the players returning form the war.

Gladu played in the American Hockey League until 1954. In 1948-49 he scored 51 goals for the St. Louis Flyers.

He retired in 1954 but made a one year comeback with the Trois Rivieres Lions in 1955-56.
