Jay Harry Feaster (born July 30, 1962 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) is a former National Hockey League executive.
On July 11, 2008, Feaster resigned as the general manager of the Tampa Bay Lightning. He won the Stanley Cup in 2004 as the GM of the Lightning.
