Jason Podollan (born February 18, 1976 in Vernon, British Columbia) is a former ice hockey player. He played in 41 games with the Florida Panthers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Los Angeles Kings, and New York Islanders scoring 1 goal and 5 assists.

He played junior hockey with the Spokane Chiefs of the Western Hockey League. The Florida Panthers drafted him 31st overall in the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. He won a gold medal playing for Canada in the 1996 World Junior Championship.

Podollan never made it as a NHL regular. After many seasons in the minor pros, Podollan moved to Germany to play for Adler Mannheim for three seasons until he retired in 2005.
