Jarrett Rufus Deuling (born March 4, 1974 in Vernon, British Columbia) is a retired ice hockey player. He played in 15 games for the New York Islanders.

He played junior hockey for the Kamloops Blazers from 1991 to 1994. Deuling was one of the few players to win two Memorial Cups - in 1992 and 1994.

The New York Islanders chose him 56th overall in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. He only got into 15 games for the Isles in the 1995-96 and 1996-97 seasons. A move to the San Jose Sharks did not result in any more NHL service.

Deuling retired in 2001.
