Jan Peterek (born October 17, 1971) is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He played with HC Oceláři Třinec in the Czech Extraliga from 2004-2014, and also spent time with HC Vítkovice Ridera and HC Havířov Panthers. In Russia, he played for Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, and in Finland for Ässät Pori.[1]
